The 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Kaisheng Junheng Successfully Concluded
On January 28, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Triumph Junheng, coupled with the Third Session of the Second Workers’ Congress, was convened. Market transformation achieved remarkable results, with a fundamental improvement in the structure of tube-to-bottle products and an increasingly improved channel system; 2. Product quality and qualifications were dual-enhanced, with the production qualification rate steadily rising, laying a solid foundation for high-end market expansion; 3. At the conference, Chairman Wang Wei and General Manager Wang Xiaoxuan signed the 2026 Annual Target Assessment Responsibility Agreements with the heads of various business divisions and functional departments, clarifying the reward and punishment mechanism and demonstrating the determination and confidence of Junheng employees to go all out and fulfill their missions. The conference was held in one main venue and three video sub-venues, with over 100 participants including the leadership team of Triumph Junheng, department heads, key personnel from business divisions, and outstanding employee representatives.
